“We partner with the best companies to provide you with the best solutions.”

At Cloud9 IT, we understand the trust it requires to let someone else store your data "in the cloud". And in order to help us make sure you understand that we fully believe your data is your data, we have 2 very important policies.

Privacy

We take your privacy very seriously and take extensive measures to make sure that no authorized persons can get access to your data without your permission. We have NO access to your emails and do not store any billing information on our servers. So even if our systems were somehow compromised, there'd be almost no risk of problems for your company. We only ask for login credentials when you ask us specifically for assistance with something that might require logging into your account to troubleshoot. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this, please don't hesitate to contact us at: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Data Freedom

To ensure you have full access to your data at all times, you can log in at any time and see the same admin and control panels that we use to assist you in managing your accounts. This way if you ever want to take your data anywhere, it's just a few clicks away.
